What is kinesio-taping?

Kinesiology tape was developed by Japanese scientists to ease musculoskeletal pain. It works quite similarly to bangades but kinesio-tapes have a distinctive feature. While bandages restrict certain movements, kinesio-tapes allow you to move freely.

How does it work?

When the tape is applied, it starts to loosen surrounding skin and tissues. Gradually activates the flow of lymph fluids which improve blood flow and also decrease pressure on pain receptors. It stabilizes muscles, joints and remove the load from injured tissues. It also prevents local muscle cramps and decreases the chance of further inflammation.

What can you use kinesiology tape for?

  • spinal pains

  • sprains

  • strains

  • sport injuries

  • surgery followed rehabilitions

  • tendonitis

Why is it so popular?

  • Gives instant help in pain-relief, decreases infalmmatory period

  • It is a natural and safe healing method, does not contain any chemical ingredient

  • The material is breathable and skin-friendly

  • Due to its elasticity it moves with the body's tissues and does not restrain from free movements

  • Since the tapes adhere well to the skin, they provide constant healing for up to 3-5 days from application
